Strategic Alliance International Ltd. (SAILConsulting) was incorporated in January 2007, offering a boutique Business Advisory and Recruitment Consultancy Service.

In May 2007 the Company entered into a franchise agreement with ANTAL INTERNATIONAL NETWORK, an award-winning and globally recognized recruitment Brand, with a network of 75 offices in 30 countries, spanning from Asia throughout continental Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Our sourcing and recruitment methodology favours a networking, referrals and head-hunting approach. This complements other (conventional) recruitment methods that mostly rely on media advertising, which only tend to attract active job seekers who may currently be on the market. Our experience has thought us that top professionals, who are presently delivering a first-rate performance in their current place of employment, are not normally inclined to respond to job adverts in the media.

Over the past four years we have also identified a pressing need for new job-seekers, as well as career-minded professionals, to prepare themselves adequately, in a truly professional way, in their quest to secure top employment opportunities. This has given rise to our design of a specifically structured course tutorial, aimed at creating awareness about the importance of adopting proper preparation techniques, which give candidates a better chance for success - in a highly competitive job search environment.
